What is in office balloon sinus dilation?

Balloon sinus dilation is a minimally invasive treatment for chronic or recurrent sinusitis. In a balloon sinus dilation procedure, your physician uses a small balloon to dilate or expand the sinus opening and drainage pathways to restore sinus drainage.

Balloon sinus dilation can be performed in an office, under local anesthesia.

Bruce has been in private practice since 1983. His specialty is in Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery. Dr. Grossman went to medical school at the University of Illinois, Chicago, Illinois, and did his internship & residency at Northwestern University. He belongs to the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery, and the American Medical Association.

Robert has been in practice since 1986. His specialty is in Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery. Dr. Deitch went to medical school at Rush Medical College, Chicago, Illinois, and did his internship & residency at University of Illinois Hospital, Chicago, Illinois. He belongs to the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery, and the Illinois State Medical Society.

Steven Wieska, M.S., FAA, Audiologist

Steven is a licensed audiologist who received his BS & MS degree from Illinois State University. He is a member of the American Speech, Language & Hearing Association, a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, as well as the Illinois Academy of Audiology. Steve is also a provider for the Department of Specialized Care for Children. His primary focus is diagnostic testing, hearing aid fitting, and rehabilitation of adult & pediatric populations. He provides every patient with the highest level of care based on their individual needs.
